Ordering was fast and easy and I love the free shipping to the store.

Couldn't ask for a more helpful group of workers. Everyone went out of their way to make shopping and checkout so much easier. One cashier even put in a code for me to save on my purchase during checkout. Above and beyond expectations.

Store is always clean and well stocked. You can get help readily from knowledgeable persons at the front desk. Their merchandise is much better quality than their next similar competitor.

Drove 50 miles (we are in a rural area) for a replacement hose for the pressure washer I purchased at Northern. I took a picture of it as well as had serial number. The manager was called to assist me. He told me that I would have to bring it in or he couldn't help me. There was an identical pressure washer in the store, just a different brand name on it. He didn't even suggest that we look at it. Nor did he try to find out if the hose I needed could be ordered. Would he have been more helpful if I was a guy? Don't know, but I felt dismissed and won't go back there.
